Tier 3 is a 501(c)3 nonprofit mobile resource center for & by youth-serving professionals (psychologists, educators, caregivers, etc.). We provide remote & onsite technical assistance, project support, operational support, & grant funding to organizations impacting the educational & psychosocial development of youth.
Technical Assistance
Quick, as-needed support via email, phone, or video chat related to day-to-day operational goals, such as questions about a tutoring program or research needed when applying for a grant.
Project Support
Collaboration on the design, implementation, & evaluation of educational & psychosocial support projects, such as building an early reading intervention program or social skills training program.
Operational Support
Ongoing support for completed projects or operational programs, such as serving on student support teams or assistance with grant reporting.
Grant Funding
Financial support to assist our partner organizations in funding collaborative projects.
Fellowship
Advanced training for staff & volunteers of youth-serving organizations
Coaching
Intensive 1-3 week onsite experience with a highly trained staff member working alongside organizational staff to design and implement social, emotional, and behavioral (SEB) support strategies directly in the program environment.
